I enjoy my Thai yoga massage sessions with Kate as they allow me to relax and feel what is happening in my body. She is very caring, aware, and intuitive as she works. I am a regular client of Kate’s Thai Yoga Massages. After trying the Thai Heat Therapy yesterday I am over the moon about it! The herb bundles give off an aromatherapy scent that completely calms your mind & body. The pressing of the warm bundles on your muscles is extremely soothing. After the session I felt rejuvenated & back to my best self. I will now use the Thai Heat Therapy as part of my recovery process. Thank you Kate!

I was introduced to Thai Yoga Massage and Kate through a good friend. At first I was skeptical but after my very first prenatal massage I was impressed. It is a very welcoming and calm environment, I felt rested yet energized after my sessions. I love the advice/suggestions Kate gives at each session to help prepare me for labour. After the massage I felt more energized as I went about my errands and housework etc however I also felt very light and my back was not sore. Typically when I vacuum the right side of my spine aches but not yesterday evening. …My body still feels really good…alot of standing this weekend and usually my left leg will ache but so far so good. :-)…thank-youuuu..

I personally decided to try Thai yoga massage because of my anxiety. The outcome was just unable to put in words after leaving my first visit I felt my whole body relax and at one, I have never felt like this in my life, it was almost like I felt every little nerve and pain disappear, Thai yoga massage help me begin listening to my body taking care of it And loving it, something I never seen myself doing, I don’t only recommend this for people whom have stress, pain, or body disorders but everybody because we all need to understand our body and listen to what the body tells us.
I am a 38 year old mother of 3 active boys. Since I was 18, I always incorporated physical activity as a part of my life. The last 7 years I participated in high intensity workouts. Bootcamp was my regime. Until I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Eventually my physical activity came to a halt. I was in excruciating pain and resorted to medication for relief. I thought I can not live the rest of my life like this. After reading numerous articles about yoga and people’s personal experiences with yoga and how it changed their life, I thought I’m going to try yoga myself. Yoga has changed my life! I also incorporated Thai Yoga massage with Kate into my new routine and slowly I am getting my active life back. Thai Yoga is a very special massage that not only strengthens you physically, it also strengthens you mentally. Thank you to yoga and Thai Yoga massage for giving me my life back.
Right from the very beginning, Kate made the experience welcoming. Starting with a warm pad on the floor to the careful positioning of my body to get ready for her treatment. Kate’s gentle yet firm touch was amazing. I instantly felt tension fade away from my limbs. From the wonderful head treatment with small circles done on my scalp to the slow, deliberate pulls on toes…my whole body was floating away from pain. I even have been sleeping better since experiencing this therapy.
I can’t say enough about Kate’s treatment. Simply relaxing. I will be back.
