Reiki session with Essential Oils is one of the best experience in your life!
“Reiki is love, Love is wholeness, Wholeness is balance, Balance is well-being, Well being is freedom from disease.” – Dr. Mikao Usui
Reiki is a Japanese practice that focuses on the energy flow within practitioner’s and client’s bodies and promotes healing, calmness, and physical and spiritual health.
It was first developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century through extensive research and experience.
During the session, the Reiki practitioner will use his or her hands to guide the flow of energy throughout the client’s body. The practitioner’s hands may or may not touch the body, depending on the practice and the client remains fully clothed. The client can lie down on the couch or sit in a chair throughout the session. Reiki doesn’t focus on specific areas of the body. Rather, the practitioner makes sure that the client’s life force or energy flows freely throughout the body and that there are no points of stagnation or clogging. There is no massaging involved, but clients might feel a change in body temperature, tingling or other sensations during the session. A typical session lasts between 30-60 minutes.
Reiki with essential oils practice helps with stress reduction and good health maintenance.
Because it deals with a person’s life energy, continuous sessions are recommended for harmonious living in our stressful world.
